I. EDM DEPARTMENT
J&E's wire EDM department can maintain accuracy of .0001. Our new 4 axis high-speed cutting machines can produce quality R&D prototypes or production pieces with surface finishes of 2Ra. Axis limits are X.19.500 Y.12.000 and Z.15.000.
We maintain a climate controlled environment and a fully tooled machine using system 3R, enabling a wide range of machining applications.We have the capability to cut steel, aluminum, copper and exotic alloys including carbide without cobalt depletion.
